Bianca Denim Dress

The style of the long mermaid dress harks back to the 1950s, while the use of denim fabric offers a modern touch. The boned bodice features a straight cut. The skirt has open pleats, remaining straight at the front, and flares into a train at the back, giving it a mermaid silhouette. The dress is complemented by a long organza stole tied at the back.

This model is inspired by the 1950s. The denim version was conceived by the artisan for a 2023 event dedicated to denim called 'Genova-Jeans'.

Materials used: Deadstock denim fabric, meaning leftover fabrics from the Italian fashion supply chain, promoting increasingly sustainable fashion.

Technique: Custom pattern handmade on paper. Individually tailored. Hand-sewn zipper. The top is internally boned.

Custom-made. Each piece is unique, as deadstock denim fabric, even with the same characteristics (cotton and elastane), varies depending on availability. This gives the garment added unique value.

Once the order is complete, contact the artisan for measurements and to choose available fabrics. The garment is made remotely and does not require on-site fittings. Production time is 1 month.
