The Betzy dress is inspired by the timeless glamour of the 1950s. The sweetheart top is cinched at the waist and opens into a tulip shape thanks to double open pleats. The ankle-length skirt has a slit at the back. The bustier is boned. Hand-sewn zipper.
Inspired by the tulip cuts popular in the 1950s, as is the flower made from the same fabric as the dress. Refined and elegant, designed for important events such as ceremonies, for guests, bridesmaids, or in silk white for the bride.
Materials used: silk shantung – cotton lining.
Technique: pattern hand-made on paper based on the client's measurements. Hand-sewn zipper and internal finishes with hand-stitched underskirts. The flower is handmade using traditional Italian techniques. Hand-applied rhinestones.
