Katy coffee muslin shirt

The Katy shirt is inspired by 1930s cuts. Round collar, back fastening with vintage mother-of-pearl buttons, and slightly gathered short sleeves.

The Katy shirt stems from my passion for vintage cuts and the search for eco-friendly and innovative fabrics for increasingly sustainable fashion, both for the wearer and for the environment. Given its comfort characteristics, I found this fabric perfect for creating the Katy shirt.

Materials used: made from eco-friendly coffee muslin fabric: 43% cotton – 57% coffee viscose. Available only in antique pink. Eco-friendly and sustainable yarn; no time or energy is wasted in producing the raw material, as it comes from a beverage consumed daily. Thus, coffee grounds are always available for use. This yarn provides excellent odor control, absorbing them more effectively than others.

Technique: the shirt is custom-made, with the pattern drafted by hand on paper based on personal measurements and individually sewn.
