Large botanical centerpiece with botanical impression of burdock, Arctium lappa.
Nature is the cradle of the ACQUAlab project and is one of the cornerstones of the life I have chosen. I live in an untouched landscape area and since 2020 my days have been marked by hands kneading clay, forests, and wild foraging.
I have decided to live surrounded by nature in my daily life and I try to apply this choice in as many areas as possible, such as critical and sustainable consumption. All the pieces I create are unique; I do not work with molds and each object is one-of-a-kind. The changing seasons cyclically dictate all my productions. My works tell stories of seasonal wild blooms.
Materials used: ceramic.
Technique: all pieces are unique, made from ceramic mixtures that I manually roll out and work. After controlled drying, the piece is fired for the first time at 1180 degrees. The second firing, after coloring, is done at 1040 degrees.
Dimensions: diameter 45 cm
Reproducible. Each individual piece is unique, made from ceramic mixtures that I manually roll out and work without the use of molds.
