Nature is the cradle of the ACQUAlab project and is one of the cornerstones of the life I have chosen. I live in an unspoiled landscape area and since 2020 my days have been marked by hands kneading clay, woods, and wild foraging.
I have chosen to live amidst nature in my daily life and I try to apply this choice in as many areas as possible, such as in critical and sustainable consumption.
All the pieces I create are unrepeatable; I do not work with molds and each object is unique. The time of the seasons cyclically dictates all my productions. My works tell stories of seasonal wild blooms.
In botanical ceramics, we can recognize spring or autumn, summer, and winter.
Materials used: ceramic.
Technique: all pieces are unique, made from ceramic mixtures that I roll and work manually. I carefully choose the botanicals that I then impress onto the clay. After controlled drying, the piece is fired a first time at 1180 degrees. I then brush-decorate the entire piece, glaze it, and at this point, the second firing can be carried out.
Dimensions: diameter 31 cm
Reproducible, images are indicative, it is possible to choose the botanical.
